Life Sciences Ontario (LSO)

Life Sciences Ontario (LSO) is a member-funded, not-for-profit organization with a legacy of more than 35 years advancing the success of Ontario’s life sciences sector. LSO collaborates with government, academia, industry, and other life sciences organizations in Ontario and across Canada to promote and encourage commercial success throughout the sector. LSO is an effective conduit for delivering policy options to governments and is dedicated to promoting Ontario’s life sciences sector internationally.

Life Sciences British Columbia (LSBC)

Life Sciences BC (LSBC) is a not-for-profit sector association dedicated to advancing British Columbia’s life sciences ecosystem through strategic initiatives at the local, national, and international levels. LSBC drives economic growth in the province by providing leadership, fostering investment and partnerships, collaborating with government, and promoting BC’s world-class life sciences sector. 

Biosciences Association Manitoba (BAM)

Bioscience Association Manitoba (BAM) is the province’s leading non-profit, industry association for the bioscience and biotechnology community. BAM supports over 200 members across health biotechnology, agricultural biotechnology, and clean biotechnology, advocating for innovation and growth. The organization is dedicated to helping bioscience companies succeed through workforce development, industry support, and access to Manitoba’s strong bioscience ecosystem. 

BAM is the unified voice of Manitoba’s bioscience industry.

Bio New Jersey

BioNJ is the life sciences trade association for New Jersey, representing over 400 research-based life sciences organizations across the healthcare ecosystem from the largest biopharmaceutical companies to early-stage start-ups for more than 30 years. Because Patients Can’t Wait®, BioNJ is dedicated to ensuring a vibrant ecosystem where Science is Supported, Companies are Created, Drugs are Developed and Patients Have Access to Lifesaving Medicines.

Maryland Tech Council (MTC)

The Maryland Tech Council (MTC) is a collaborative community that is actively engaged in building strong technology and life science industries by supporting the efforts of our individual members. MTC is the largest technology and life sciences trade association in the state of Maryland, and we provide value by giving members a forum to learn, share, and connect. MTC brings the region’s community together into a single, united organization that empowers our members to achieve their business goals through advocacy, networking and education.

The vision for the Maryland Tech Council is to propel Maryland to become the number one innovation economy for life sciences and technology in the country.  

MassBio

MassBio is a net-for-profit organization founded in 1985 that represents and provides services and support for the Massachusetts life sciences industry. MassBio is committed to advancing Massachusetts’ leadership in the life sciences to grow the industry, add value to the healthcare system and improve patient lives. 

Representing more than 1,400+ biotechnology companies, academic institutions, research hospitals, and service organizations involved in life sciences and healthcare, MassBio works to advance policy and promote education, while providing member programs, events, industry information, and services.

BioFlorida

BioFlorida is the voice of Florida’s life sciences industry, representing 8,600 establishments and research organizations in BioPharma, MedTech, Digital Health, and Health Systems that collectively employ nearly 107,000 Floridians (Source: TEConomy/BIO). 

BioFlorida’s member driven initiatives provide a strong business climate for the advancement of innovative products and technology that improve lives and promote economic benefits to the state.  

 

Medtech Canada

Medtech Canada is the national association for medical technology companies operating in Canada. Our goals are to advance health outcomes for patients in Canada and the growth and vibrancy of the industry in Canada. We focus on ensuring access to proven, safe technology and new, innovative medical technology developed by our member companies. We have expertise in regulatory affairs, government affairs, health policy, economic development, and advocacy, focusing our efforts on medical technologies provincially, nationally, and internationally. 
 
Through its collaboration with Medtech Canada, BIOQuébec strengthens its national presence and advocacy in the medtech sector. 

The agreement includes BIOQuébec’s participation in Medtech Canada committees at the federal, provincial, and regulatory levels and access to major industry events.

Incubators / Accelerators

BIOQuébec also collaborates with several accelerators and incubators that support the growth of emerging life sciences companies. These organizations provide their entrepreneurs with essential services—strategic guidance, access to laboratories, mentoring, and funding—and share BIOQuébec’s mission of strengthening the innovation ecosystem. Through these agreements, companies in their portfolios that meet the eligibility criteria become members of BIOQuébec as part of their organization’s institutional membership, thereby gaining access to an expanded network and collaboration opportunities across Quebec and beyond.
