BIOQuébec is organizing a trade mission to Vancouver, in collaboration with Life Sciences BC (LSBC), as part of the memorandum of understanding (MOU) between our two organizations.

This mission will enable Quebec companies to explore one of Canada’s leading life sciences ecosystems and develop new business opportunities through networking activities, visits to key organizations, and meetings with industry stakeholders.

This mission is an excellent opportunity to:

Develop new scientific, clinical, and commercial partnerships;
Meet with companies and organizations in British Columbia’s life sciences ecosystem;
Network with investors active in the sector;
Gain a better understanding of Vancouver’s innovation ecosystem;
Increase your organization’s visibility within the Canadian ecosystem.

Program

September 9

9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.: Travel to Vancouver and check-in at the hotel
1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.: Mission kickoff lunch
2:30 p.m. to 3:45 p.m./4:00 p.m.: Tour of adMare’s offices and facilities
5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.: Life Sciences BC Awards

September 10

11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.: BIOQuébec × Life Sciences BC networking lunch
1:30 p.m.–3:00 p.m.: Tour of UBC + SME Bioengineering
Afternoon: Company visits and/or tour of the innovation hub

The program is currently being finalized and may be expanded to include additional activities.

Your travel and lodging expenses;
Your registration for the Life Sciences BC Awards (reduced member rates);
