Laval, Québec & Toronto, Ontario, March 19, 2025 - BIOQuébec and Life Sciences Ontario (LSO), two leading life sciences associations, are proud to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to enhance collaboration and foster growth across Québec and Ontario. In today’s economic climate, strengthening interprovincial partnerships is crucial to driving innovation, resilience, and new opportunities in the life sciences sector.
Ontario and Québec are home to Canada’s largest life sciences hubs, offering significant potential for growth. Through this collaboration, LSO and BIOQuébec will work together to create new opportunities by facilitating connections, sharing resources, and expanding access to funding and markets. By leveraging their respective networks and expertise, both organizations aim to strengthen collaboration, helping life sciences companies scale and compete on a broader stage
This initiative represents a significant step toward strengthening the life sciences sector between Ontario and Québec. Reducing interprovincial barriers and improving business environment will create new opportunities for growth and success among member organizations.
