BIO Japan 2025

🌏Position your company at the heart of Asia's biopharmaceutical industry

From October 6 to 10 and October 14 to 15, 2025, join the Quebec delegation at BIO Japan and in South Korea, Asia's largest biopharmaceutical event. This mission will take you to Tokyo, Yokohama and Séoul, where you'll be able to showcase your expertise and build strong business relationships with key industry partners.

Each year, BIO Japan attracts more than 16  000 participants and generates nearly 20000 business meetings. The tour will then continue in South Korea with a program of targeted meetings.

By taking part in this mission, you will be able to :

• Present your services to potential customers in Asia;
• Meet partners, principals and investors;
• Benefit from strategic support and a personalized B2B program;
• Increase your visibility through networking and presentation activities;
• Explore two key markets for your international development.

Here's what the mission will entail:

• October 6 and 7: industrial visits and networking events near Tokyo and Yokohama
• October 8 to 10: Bio Japan 2025 conference (Qc cocktail and access to Bio Japan's B2B platform)
• Translation of your company profile and presentation to potential Japanese partners
• Personalized support before, during and after the mission by the IQI consultant and the commercial attaché from the Délégation générale du Québec in Tokyo
• Interpreter accompanies group activities
• Pre-application meeting including an information session on Japanese business culture (date to be determined)

Japon :

 Registration fees before june 15 1300$ per company including 1 participant

( + $1,200 for additional participants from the same company)

Rate after June 15: $1,500 per company including 1 participant

( + $1,200 for each additional participant from the same company)

South Korea :

 South Korea portion (October 14-15): Roadshow (industrial visits) $250 per company.
